Quick response times via phone and app, the vehicle we reserved was the one we drove on our trip, and the vehicle was easy to find in pickup. The shuttle was available immediately upon our arrival at the airport, however, on our departure, we waited 25 minutes for the shuttle to show and then ultimately spent money on an Uber. Waiting 25 minutes for a shuttle is ridiculous when we had a scheduled drop off time.

Nice rental and car. I got picked up and dropped via one of their shuttle directly to the car from the airport. From there, I just drive away. Super easy. No problem with the car whatsoever. The owner was very nice. My son left the iPad in the car, he sent it directly to TX. No fuss. I would rent from him again.

Absolutely the easiest car rental I have ever done. Ali'i rental takes great care of you especially if you were on a cruise. I will definitely be using them again when I visit. The car was comfortable and fun to drive.
