Such an enjoyable experience! Instructions were clear, vehicle was in great condition, and very clean. We added on the beach chairs and umbrellas and they came in handy! We would gladly rent from this company again! Mahalo😊
Great experience with this Jeep. It was ready on time and was exactly as it looks in the pictures. The check engine light was on when we got it, but we had no issues on our trip. Great 4x4 for exploring the island and enjoying the beaches. The extra yeti cooler was a perfect addition for enjoying snacks and drinks during the drives. I’d definitely rent this Jeep again.
I highly recommend alli rentals They are very reliable. Their vehicles are in great condition. They respond well I messages in reasonable terms time Ann are very helpful. We left our hiking poles that were very expensive in the back of the jeep. He not only found them but went way out of his way to ship them back to us He runs a very honest reliable business. If bonus stars were possible, I would give them. Great experience with Alii Rentals. Sarah was awesome! We came in on a cruise ship and rented for two days. 90 minutes from needing to be back on board the ship, we had a problem with the vehicle due to vandals. I called Sarah and she arranged for one of the owners to assist us and he was on site in about 15 minutes. We resolved the issue and Sarah got us back with time to spare so we didn’t miss the cruise. Excellent service from beginning to end and we will rent from Alli next time we are in Kauai - mahalo!

Alii rental cars makes it easy. Shuttle pick up was quick and easy. Only waited about 5 min. Shuttle driver Sarah was very friendly and helpful. Car was in great condition. Clean and ready to go. I rented a car seat as well and it was in the back like they said it would be. Drop off was just as easy. Definitely recommend renting from them.
