As always everything was great.

Car was in great condition. It was perfect for exploring Kauai. Pickup was easy and host was very accommodating.

I would give 5 stars if the host responded to my emergency call immediately. I parked the car for 3 days for camping. When I tried to start the car, the battery was dead. I called the host but there was no answer. I texted him or her but I didn’t get any reply. Luckily, I got my battery jumped start by a nearby camper. I may or may not rent from this host again next time I’m in Kauai.

Car was in good condition, and they don’t require you to wash the car on return which was nice. They did forget to include the child car seat which was paid for in advance , and we had to meet them by the harbor to pick one up, which was inconvenient, but it happens and they responded quickly via text.. so I’ll give them 5 stars since they responded right away.

Everything went great, they email you all the info you need before, when you arrive, and day before you drop it back off. Very easy process, great car, great service.

The car was in good condition and perfect for our Kauai vacation. The shuttle to and from the airport was easy to use.

The car was a good value for us. We did have an issue with the gear stick not moving into park at the end of the trip, but they provided good support and we got another car quickly.

Quite and easy experience :) car was in great shape and I’d rent from here again. The only is that the shuttle doesn’t come as often as I’d hope. So definitely make sure you give yourself plenty of time when returning. Great experience overall :)

Working with Alii rental was great! They were super quick to answer questions and even put a cargo cover in the back for us. The only thing we didn’t super love were the seat covers. They were a little rough and gave some of us a rash if we didn’t have pants on, so just put a towel under you and you’ll be fine!
