The host was a rental agency so it wasn’t very personal but quite efficient. Drop off and pick up location was simple and close to airport.

Car was nice but a little dinged up. Drives nicely. Great communication and clear instructions. Makes it easy to pick up / drop off the vehicle.

Not in great shape. Lots of marks and scuffs on the outside. Hard to take good pictures at night in the dark when I picked it up.

Shuttle kind of takes a while and car had a few dents and scratches, overall good for the price we paid

Easy pickup and drop off. Clean car. Drives well. Only had to fill up gas once before returning it after six days. Airport pickup and drop off is super convenient and free.

Very easy check in, check out. Car was in great condition. Super responsive communication and easy to work with. Will definitely return on our next trip to Kauai! Mahalo!
