They responded quickly and answered all my questions. First car I rented had a problem with the seat. They brought me a new card to my hotel room on the other side of the island and made it right. Couldn't thank them enough.

Car was excellent and had incredible gas mileage. It was perfect for my kids and I and had plenty of room!

Alii was great! They’ve perfected the system. They give you all the details the day before pickup, then again on pickup, the shuttle was timely, and the return process was super simple. The car was in typical rental car shape. But was perfect for our trip. Great gas mileage and easy to drive. 100% would recommend.

Great car, great location just up the street from the cruise port. It took me about 5 minutes to walk up the street, just be careful as you need to walk on the shoulder on the main road, which is narrow and cars/trucks drive the road at pretty fast speed. Car was perfect for our 2 days on Kauai, thanks!

Clean and super easy to pick up and drop off. The passenger seats fold up which was convenient for quick but reachable storage.
