The car was taken car of but just a very low quality car to begin with. The airbag indicator kept dinging. Otherwise it was OK, just not a great car. Next time I would pay more and get something a bit nicer. Easy shuttle and pickup. Big rental sticker on the window screams tourist which made us a little more nervous to leave valuables in it at when parking.

Everything was fine, car had several scratches, but all was good. Parked the car in Spot D22, key is in the middle counsel & unlocked

Car was great and exactly what we needed

Two days into the trip, I found both front tires were completely balled on the inside, with cords showing. I didn't feel safe with this car to continue my trip with this car. Made a call and had another car delivered to my condo in less than 2 hours.

The host was very responsive! This car was easy to pick up and drop off and the shuttle was clutch! It got the job done! I recommend!

The car got us from point A to point B and all the extras we ordered were in the trunk, packed, ready to go. Our biggest issue was the car was really very, very dirty. There are old stains on the seats and roof. The high touch surface points were pretty worn and grubby. If you hit the seat, a pouf of dust/ sand(?) came flying out. The car has no hub caps. The high touch fabric surfaces all have old red dirt stains from previous renters who probably went on hikes. The car did the job but it was not the level of cleanliness I expected from a professional rental car company.
