The van was perfect for our vacation! The shuttle was easy to use and the vehicle was clean, roomy and had good AC. Our host was great and responded to any questions we had. Would definitely use this host again!

All great as advertised. Pick up drop smooth and convenient with shuttle. Walk from the cruise ship is uphill so definitely call ahead.

Alii Rentals was great! I was originally a little nervous since they don’t have a standard shuttle so I had to leave my kids at the airport while I went I get the car but they are old enough that they were fine. The car worked very well and was clean. Taking pictures was hard in the dark since we didn’t arrive until 7:45 PM but luckily the car was in great shape so we didn’t have to worry about it. The “shuttle” driver was SO kind and gave great recommendations. We have been to Kauai many times but he told us about places we hadn’t been before. Pickup & Return were smooth and quick. Thank you Alii cars, we will be sure to use you again in a few months when we return.

Really good experience. Rented through someone else when we first arrived on the island and that vehicle had issues so quickly cancelled and was able to get a van through Alii. Worked great! Good service, great vehicle, top notch shuttle service! Will rent from in future.
