Pickup was easy with the shuttle, and check-out was smooth and easy.

The car was okay. No CarPlay but that was my oversight. The seat cushions were stained. Backup camera is dislodged and showed crooked/distorted view. Outside squeals during driving. Tire pressure kept getting low. Space was enough for our family of 4. It got us from place to place but needs some repairs/service LC LC.

Great and friendly company to rent from. Everyone I interacted with was helpful and kind, the shuttle drop off and pick up went very smoothly while everyone else was waiting in line for the big rental companies, and the car was clean and just as described in the listing. Would definitely use them again next time I’m in Kauai.
