The van was fantastic. The hybrid system meant that I used less than four gallons of gas despite driving back and forth from the airport several times. Host communication was very good. My only issue with the experience is that the parking lot is behind the Target, so the map app on my phone didn't get me all the way back without some extra hassle looking for the right area, blame Google!

The only problem was when I went to change to airport pick up, it still made us take an Uber to a parking lot to pick up/drop off car to and from Airport. Make sure you specify airport pickup since our Uber was $50.00 one leg!

What a wonderful van to see the island in. My family can for a hula festival and everyone joyed the space and leg room this van offered. Mahalo Nui.

The car was Toyota Seina 2022, It was in pretty good shape. Being Hybrid, its gas mileage was also good. The car was also comfortable.

The van quality was excellent. We went with a vehicle that we were already familiar with. I would have loved to be able to sync my phone to the car though. I had purchased the Shaka App. This app would have told us a lot of history about the island and key points of interest using GPS as we drove. However, the sync ability was greyed out. Without that ability, the Shaka app only came through as loud as a whisper. So glad the van had rubber mats for the sand. This made for easier cleanup. I know it said we didn’t need to wash the vehicle but out of courtesy we did. Where we stayed on the North Shore put a layer of ocean salt on the van. We are thankful to the host for entrusting us with their vehicle.

Everything as planned! Great experience

This mini van was great for our family trip to Kauai. Shuttle was easy and convenient. I would highly recommend this vehicle.

Car was clean, pickup instructions were very clean and the shuttle was frequently available!
