Ali’i car rental was phenomenal! Communication was excellent and they were more than understanding and helpful when I had some issues with my trip pop up!

They have alii sign next to hertz and all the hotel shuttle board which can be confusing. In reality you need to wait elsewhere outside the B baggage claim (instead of across the street where hotel shuttles come and where they have their name sign up). You can miss shuttle easily and it can be frustrating.
