Friendly and responsive company. Only complaint is that the shuttle pick up location was confusing and could have been described better. Otherwise, a solid experience and I’d recommend it. Thankfully the drop off shuttle was much easier…however, again, the address was not correct when you plug it into Google Maps. They should note on the final reminder text that Google and Apple Maps will take you to the wrong location, and to just park behind the target and disregard the address

Alli Rental Cars communicated frequently and with great detail to make the rental as easy as possible. The rental was clean and in good condition, and shuttle from the airport was easy. Great service- would recommend!
