Clear and frequent communication, vehicle in great shape, overall 5 star value. Def build in time for the transfer to the target lot, but very easy to access the car once you’re there.

Loved our car. Just know when you get to the airport, your car is not at the airport. You will be shuttled to the target parking lot approximately 10 minutes away. Once you drop your car off, you could wait up to 25 minutes for pick up back to the airport. My suggestion would be, have someone drop you off under the canopy where van will pick you up with all of your luggage. Another person then will park the car and take photos. Saving time for a shuttle! Loved our car. Would rent again.

Great service and price. Quick shuttle ride to the car , full tank of gas and I was on my way. Drop off was just as easy. Car was nice, new and clean. No complaints and will rent again

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Flight arrived early and the vehicle cleaning was expedited to all for a slightly earlier pickup.

Alii rental cars was very awesome on communication and they also made sure I got to my rental and it was so amazing ❤️
