Process was easy but drivers side tire had hole in it and i had to pay 2 dollars everyday to keep air in it. They offered to fix it but I would have had to take the car back in to get it plugged, and that's the last thing I wanted to mess with while on vacation.

Easy to rent with Alii Rentals. Quick responses to questions/comments. This vehicle has some issues though that came up during our trip. The airbag warning light would come on at periodic times. Also, the passenger seat belt sensor was glitchy, sometimes going off even if a person was buckled into the seat. Otherwise, great experience. Would definitely use them again when visiting the island.
