Great! We had rented a different car at first but had a small problem and they were able to switch us with this one no problem, they met us with the new vehicle in 20 min while we grabbed lunch. Greatly appreciated that and loved the ease of renting beach gear as well - one less stop! Highly recommend just do Lihue airport pickup vs. ubering on your own - it’s about the same cost and it will just save you some brain power once you’re there. Thank you Ali’i for another great rental - will continue to be a return customer.

The Outback is a great vehicle for an island rental. Great gas mileage and plenty cargo space. It has tinted windows which helped keep the Hawaiian sun/heat down a notch. Even the roof rack with built in cross bars were used. I’d rent again. Only grip is the driver seat isn’t that comfy with no lumbar support.
