It went well. The shuttle back and forth, pick up/drop off was super easy! Lihue airport has such a good set up for this, it’s wonderful and so smooth. Only issue was the air conditioner. Even when it was on lowest setting it was so loud we couldn’t hear ourselves think. 😂 I have no idea what was wrong, but something was wonky with this car in particular. Lots of dings, scratches and such in this vehicle-way rougher than pictures showed, but it didn’t bother us bc it still ran fine other than the ac. It was cold so it was okay. We just turned it off frequently so we could chat on our drive. 😊 I’m sure this company has other vehicles that don’t have issues, but this one just needed some maintenance. 😊
