Super easy check-in and out. Vehicle was safe and clean. Great experience.

The car was in perfect condition. It was very clean. The host responded quickly to request. The walk was about 15 minutes from the port.

The vehicle has a lot more room to store luggage then expected. For example it has more room than my wife’s Hyundai Santa Fe. It drives a little rougher than expected, I had assumed that it had 180k miles but after a few days I realized it only had 18k miles on it at the time of our rental. I’m not sure if it’s just a “rental grade” vehicle or what but don’t expect luxury. It served us well over a a 16 day period, would rent again. I’m giving it 5 stars but for the vehicle but because the rental company is good and I really like their policy of not requiring the vehicle to be washed before returning. They specifically have language in the return notes about enjoying your vacation and leaving the cleaning up to them. That is a fine example of understanding a customer pain point and solving it.

The car was great. I received prompt replies to my messages. Everything went smooth, but I hope they will get more shuttles to service customers. The wait was longer than we would’ve preferred.
