This was a quality rental. Very easy and good car.

Great Jeep! New and convenient. Worked great for what we needed. The additional rental accessories were also a huge benefit. Transport to and from LIH was no problem.

We had an amazing experience with this car and the shuttles to get to and from the airport. My only advice would be to check your messages with the address for pickup/dropoff, as it was different than the one listed on the “trip” page. Would absolutely rent again!

The vehicle was as described. It was only about 16,000 miles when I picked it up. It drove and felt great. Pickup and dropoff were fast and easy using the airport shuttle to and from the lot. I didn't want to take off any stars for this because it may just be part of renting cars in a tropical location and the do their best but we did end up seeing some little critters in the vehicle from time to time... we really didn't notice it much until the end, though. I'm sure it is a battle every rental company is facing on Kauai.
