Car was clean, hosts responded quickly, using the shuttle was easy, and directions given by host about pickup/dropoff were super clear! 100% I’d book with them again.

The car was great and the third row was exactly what we needed. The pick up and drop off was a bit of a hassle. Having to wait for and then load all our stuff on a shuttle was a little annoying at 8pm with a one year old past her bedtime. Nothing against the car just the Hawaii way.

The car was spacious, clean and reliable. Pickup and drop off was easy and smooth. The shuttle was there quickly and the drivers were helpful with getting bags in and out of the van. Our experience with the host was good. They were responsive to messages and helpful. Our overall experience was great!
