Not a bad experience overall. The host was friendly and responsive. The car ran and drove great but had a few quirks. The touchscreen was not very responsive and the A/C would sometimes take a minute or two to turn on. Other than that it was good.

Great car and easy to follow process. I'll use this host again for sure!

The pickup process was quick and easy. The Jeep was in great driving condition. The only complaint I have is the air conditioner is spotty. I had to fidget with it to get it to turn on. Not a huge issue since there’s not many times when you really need it but after a long hike or day at the beach it’s nice to be able to turn on the AC and cool off.

This Jeep wrangler was great and fit our needs. The soft top was easy to put in the back position so the roof was off. We averaged 21 mpg. Other reviews mentioned that the soft top has a slight tear in the front left, and we noticed that it wasn’t torn, but just wasn’t fully connected to the frame. It got a little noisy driving 50 mph but wasn’t any different than having the windows down as far as the sound goes. The AC did take around 30-60 seconds to kick on but that’s typical of all jeeps. Our Jeep at home is the same way so it wasn’t unusual to us but something to be aware of since other reviews mentioned it too. All in all this was a wonderful rental and we would rent from them again. Mahalo!
