Pickup super easy and safe. The shuttle was right there for both pickup and drop off. Super easy to check in and go!

Pick up instructions were clear and went smoothly, had some large nicks and dents but we took pictures to upload, baby car seat rental (very used and it was a two piece I had to link together - didn’t expect the best but it did the job), car drove very smoothly - we loved the all wheel drive. Will rent with them again
