The shuttle between the airport and their parking lot runs every 25min but I only had to wait about 10min at the airport. I did have to text them to ask how frequently the shuttle runs as it didn’t specify in the instructions. Other than that, pick up and drop off were super easy and communication was very quick!

Rental was exactly as expected. Easy pick up, clean car, had the extras I opted for, easy drop off.

This RAV4 was perfect for our trip and exploring the island. I appreciated the rubber floor mats which made it easy to get the sand out after a day at the beach. And that we were not expected to vacuum the car before we left it so we could enjoy our last few hours on the island. It was exactly as described. Thank you for allowing us to use your vehicle.
