Pickup was good, driver was amazing. Provided a lot of info.

Car had a couple interior issues but the host was great and helped me out with something that they didn’t have to. Also like that they don’t make you figure out how to clean the car

Super easy to find, clear instructions, the car performed so well and I was able to relax and trust that it was reliable.

The car was ok but it needs to be serviced. Several times during the trip when idling it would shut down and restart. Also, it sometimes jumps when starting up after a stop sign. If we had been staying closer we would have replaced it.

The car was awesome and so was the service. The only downside was how crowded the single shuttle to the lot was. Allow yourself extra time because if this. Would give 5 stars if shuttle wasn’t so stressful coming and going

Overall, it was a great experience. Only suggestions would be to have a detailed return instruction sheet provided a few days before the return date. I missed some things when the return instructions came via more than one message.

Very happy with the service. Fast shuttle response time. Drop off back to airport was quick. Will use again in the future!
