The shuttle was easy to find (basically at the most right end of the airport after the baggage claims). The pick up and drop off was very easy! I was messaged detailed instructions the day before my trip began and the day before my trip ended which made the whole process worry-free. I will certainly be renting from here next time I am in Kauai! Mahalo!

The host was great and the Kia was perfect. We drove everywhere we could as time allowed and our car fit in spaces that bigger cars couldn’t. It’s very roomy inside and deceptive as the outside looks small but fear not, it fit all our luggage and shopping needs. Perfect for those who are on the go. It even had roof racks for those surf boards.

It was a great little car and a much easier experience than I expected.
