The service with Alii Rental Cars LLC is top notch. We actually rented the type of van we drive at home so when the van we rented made a sound that was “off” to us, we notified them immediately. Not only were they super responsive, but they were quick to fix the problem for us and make sure our family of 5 was in a van that was more than safe. While the van was looked at and repaired, they dropped us off at our planned activity. They kept communication coming and dropped off the van to us when we were done at our activity. Customer service was exceptional, and we will definitely use them again on our next visit to Kauai. Thank you Alii Rental Cars!

Easy pick up to and from airport. Keep in mind that their shuttle runs every 30 min, so adjust your time to arrive at airport accordingly. Clean, reliable car. Suited our needs perfectly.
