Ali Rental was very helpful and communicative. They alerted us that the previous vehicle we’d booked was no longer available due to needed repairs, and quickly arranged for an alternative. We were very appreciative of them! The vehicle we ended up with did have some quirks: some steering wheel alignment issues, gas gauge wasn’t working, and sometimes sounded like it had a hard time starting. Overall it did fine and we appreciated the vehicle and service.
