Communication with Aliii Rental Cars was great! The car was clean when we got to it, and we had no issues finding it. Instructions were very clear. The car drove well. I would rent from Aliii Rental Cars again, but I probably wouldn’t rent this specific vehicle due to personal preference. I didn’t like the key fob: the lock button didn’t work consistently, and the panic button is VERY touchy. I set the car alarm off about 6 times during our trip by having the key fob in my pocket. The check engine light was also on when we picked up the car. The car drove great though, and I wouldn’t have known there was an issue if it weren’t for the check engine light being on. We paid extra for the chairs and umbrella. The chairs worked great, but the umbrella was broken when we went to pull it out! A little bit of a bummer, but not a huge deal. We had an amazing trip!

Nice car! Lots of cargo room. Easy pick up and drop off. Definitely way easier than using the regular rental car places.

Ali Rental Cars communicated well. We appreciated that they cleaned the car after we used it, which saved us time. The pick up and return went very smoothly. You do have to take a shuttle to their lot. The only concern was that both front tires were almost bald.
